I’m Dr. Tiffany Bourelle, a professor, instructional strategist, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) ethics scholar with more than a decade of experience designing high-impact educational programs. With over twenty years of experience as a technical writer and graduate-level instructor in User Experience (UX), I bring a communication-centered approach to emerging technologies, helping organizations implement innovation in ethical and responsible ways. Teaching is the foundation of my work and the lens through which I prepare educators and professionals to use AI thoughtfully within their fields.

My work focuses on the intersection of AI and professional education, where I collaborate with organizations in healthcare, law, and education to strengthen responsible AI practices. I develop customized workshops, custom curricula, and scalable learning programs that integrate ethics with organizational strategy, and I work with leadership teams to clarify governance priorities and advance environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments. In my role with the Office for Community Health at the University of New Mexico, I lead the development of accessible, multimedia initiatives that build workforce capacity and support institutions as they navigate the evolving ethical landscape of AI.
